I have the understanding that the appointment with your representative was for 30 minutes, not three and a half hours. Yes that’s correct, that appointment lasted nearly three and a half hours.

I had a less than good results with a major insurance company with my retirement funds. It wasn t all their fault due to the bond market going south. But it still cost me a lot of money.
