My name is Christopher Aiello. I specialize in helping clients prepare financially for retirement, often by using annuities strategically. I help clients all over the country find ways to generate more retirement income and securely grow and protect their money during these turbulent times.
Despite the current market volatility and elevated interest rates, there are still strategies you can implement today to ensure that you won’t run out of income while protecting your money from future market downturns.
While most financial advisors focus on investment tips and portfolio growth, only a few financial professionals specialize in turning savings into a sustainable lifetime income while protecting your money so you can spend with confidence in retirement.
I am the founder of Aiello Wealth Management, where I’ve spent more than 20 years helping clients design financial and retirement plans that bring them peace of mind. Over the years, I’ve held senior financial counseling positions with Ayco (a Goldman Sachs Company), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Wells Fargo Private Bank. These experiences allowed me to build deep expertise in retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning. Today, I focus on working with clients who are in or approaching retirement, creating income strategies that give them confidence in their financial future. Early in my career, I had the privilege of assisting widows and widowers with financial and estate planning, and that experience continues to inspire the way I serve my clients.
I earned my BA from Russell Sage College and went on to complete my Juris Doctor (JD) at Western Michigan University in May 1993. My decision to pursue law wasn’t about practicing in the courtroom—it was about sharpening my critical thinking skills so I could better serve clients as a financial advisor. Today, I often incorporate annuities into retirement plans as a tool to provide both growth and income, ensuring my clients enjoy the retirement they’ve envisioned. My ultimate goal is to help others reach their goals while also finding joy and appreciation in the present moment.
Outside of my practice, I live with my wife Lisa, to whom I’ve been married for more than 30 years, and our beloved Golden Retrievers, Chester and Charly. We enjoy the outdoors together, whether it’s skiing, hiking on the farm, sailing, or traveling. I believe in living life with gratitude every day and strive to carry that outlook into everything I do, both personally and professionally.
I reside in New York, and even though my office is physically located in Ballston Lake, I can work with clients throughout the United States. Through our advanced technology systems, not only can we meet “face-to-face” virtually, but we can also share computer screens so we are all on the “same page.” That way, you can see firsthand how various income strategies may work for you and your specific goals.
I do my best to take the mystery out of annuities by answering some of the most commonly asked questions in a simple, personalized way. All my meetings are conducted over the phone and virtually, which means you do not need to leave your home or visit me in my office.
Feel free to reach out if you are looking for retirement planning guidance and annuity recommendations to help you reach your retirement goals.
Sincerely,
Christopher Aiello, JD
