With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have spent my career helping individuals understand how financial decisions impact long-term outcomes. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Morningside University, majoring in Corporate Communications. My early career included time with JPMorgan Financial Services, where I provided financial education and advisory support to employees of publicly traded companies and participants in retirement and pension plans across the country. Through that experience, I recognized a recurring gap between asset accumulation and income sustainability in retirement, which led me to focus my work on comprehensive retirement planning and total financial wellness.
For the past 15 years, much of my work has centered on serving employees of government agencies. As clients approach retirement, a common question arises: how do you turn savings into reliable, lifelong income? My role is to help clients align equity exposure with fixed-index annuity income strategies to support long-term stability, income sustainability, and peace of mind.
I reside in Sioux City, Iowa, and although my office is physically located there, I am able to work with clients throughout the United States. Through advanced technology systems, we can meet virtually and share computer screens, so we are all on the same page. This allows you to clearly see how different income strategies may work for you and your specific retirement goals.
I will take the mystery out of annuities by answering common questions in a simple, personalized way. All meetings are conducted over the phone or virtually, so you do not need to leave your home or visit an office.
Outside of work, family is my top priority. I enjoy golfing, traveling by motorhome to visit our children across the country, and competing in age 60 and over baseball tournaments.
