My name is Rich Stauffer. I specialize in helping my clients financially prepare for retirement, which often includes the proper use of annuities. My professional journey began after earning a BS in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and later an MBA from Averett University. I spent years building a successful career in manufacturing, advancing from process engineer to plant manager while developing a passion for leadership and team building. I later helped launch and grow a manufacturing recruiting business before transitioning into the insurance industry to create greater flexibility for my family.
Today, I specialize in retirement protection and helping individuals and families safeguard the assets they have worked a lifetime to build. I have helped hundreds of clients address needs ranging from life insurance and mortgage protection to retirement income planning and wealth preservation. My passion for annuities grew from seeing too many people lose retirement savings and miss the opportunity to enjoy the retirement they envisioned. I believe every client deserves a personalized strategy designed around their goals, values, and future dreams.
Outside of work, I enjoy power walking with our chocolate lab, Roxie, practicing yoga, strength training, cycling, and spending time with my wife and our twin daughters. My personal motto is to always do my best and always be positive, and my greatest goal is to be the best father I can be while helping families confidently prepare for the future.
I reside in Florida, and even though my office is physically located in Fort Myers, I am able to work with clients throughout the United States. Through our advanced technology systems, not only can we meet “face-to-face” online, but we can also share computer screens so that we are all on the “same page.” That way, you can see first-hand how various income strategies may work for you and your specific goals.
